Here’s how a Named Scholarship Works:

Prospective named scholarship donor meets with the scholarship committee.
Learn the benefits of the named scholarship program.
Identify potential objectives of scholarship – consider what you would like to accomplish with the scholarship; decide the requirements of the named scholarship.
Determine the level of your contribution.
Storm Nation Foundation lays out the details of your named scholarship and posts it on our website. Marketing materials are created and distributed at the school and in the community and provided to you as well.
The scholarship details are included in all of communications with Skyview seniors.
You will be introduced at the Skyview Seniors Awards ceremony (June) when your Named Scholarship will be presented and the recipient announced.
Tax benefits — funding a scholarship may be tax deductible depending on how you file your taxes.
